Pierre Mertens and Dries Segers (Turnhout ° 1990) went undercover as notaries. They put 5 evicted locations of homeless people for sale publicly. One for annuity and four for public. Thursday 29 November 2019 at 11.00 performance “public sale” in Café Kiebooms De Coninckplein 18, 2060 Antwerp and opening Proposition 2in Q46 on Friday 6 November at 19.00.
